Today the Average Usage 1.5 gadget was released on Windows Live Gallery. It’s quite a different gadget to Average Usage 1.0, which was a wacky idea I had no idea about 
Average Usage 1.5 on the other hand is slightly more sane, as it averages your CPU usage over a defined period of time, and displays it to you.
